Lawyer, graduated from the Central University of Venezuela (1996). Master in Banking and Financial Markets, from the Autonomous University of Madrid. Spain. 2003, specialization in Procedural Law (pending thesis) by the Central University of Venezuela. 2005. During his career he has provided legal advice to important companies in the public and private sectors, in relation to problems of a judicial nature, as well as other matters of a commercial nature, such as Tender Offers (opa), and bankruptcy proceedings. He was Advisor to the presidency of C.A. Metro de Caracas during the fiscal year 2010-2011, Judicial Representative of Mibanco, Private Capital Development Bank years 2012-2013. He has participated in the planning of strategies in diverse and complicated civil and criminal trials, advising processes of adjudication and defense of expropriations and bankruptcy trials. During his professional practice he has worked as an advisory lawyer for important companies of the financial sector of the country. In the same way, he has been appointed arbitrator in different procedures, and before different Centers, or Arbitration Chambers of Venezuela. He is currently a substitute professor at the Department of Obligations, School of Law, Central University of Venezuela. In charge of this chair during the years 2016 to 2018.
