Law degree from Católica Andrés Bello University of Venezuela (2002), with a Master degree in “European Union Law” at the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain (2004, Highest grade point average), and a Specialization in “Constitutional Law and Political Science”, at the Center of Political and Constitutional Studies of Madrid, Spain (2005). Currently attending the Investigation Period of Doctoral studies “Modern Topics of Administrative Law” at the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain, having previously approved the Instruction Period with Cum Laude level. He has been guest professor in “Public Law in Integration Systems”, at post grade studies of Administrative Law at the Católica Andrés Bello University.
